The warrior: Stand upright with your legs four feet apart. turn your left foot out 90 degrees and your right fot in 45 degrees. Turn your hips so that they point in the same direction as your left foot, then lift your arms straight over your head, palms facing inward, and press your back heel into the floor. As you slowly bend your left knee, lower your body toward the ground so that your back leg is straight and your front leg forms a right angle. Hold, then return to starting position and repeat on the opposite side.
