The triangle: Stand with
your legs about four feet apart. Turn your left foot out 90 degrees and
your right foot in about 45 degrees. With your hips facing forward, raise
your arms out to the sidesuntil they are level with your shoulders. Then,
slowly stretch your entire torso to the left, placing your left hand on
your calf as close to the ankle as possible. Bend your left knee, if necessary.
Hold the pose, then use your leg muscles (without using your hands) to
stand upright.
Repeat on opposite side.
